1. About Us

Parentz is a product owned and operated by Teachbricks Private Limited, a company registered in India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or using the Parentz app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including parents, guardians, and business partners.

3. Who Can Use Parentz

Parentz is designed for parents and guardians. There is no minimum age restriction for account holders. However, by creating an account you confirm that you are a parent or guardian responsible for the children associated with your account. Children's profiles on the platform are managed exclusively by their parent or guardian.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@teachbricks.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Teachbricks Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Activity Bookings

• Parentz acts as a platform connecting parents with third-party activity vendors. Teachbricks Private Limited is not the provider of the activities listed on the platform.
• All bookings are subject to the availability and terms of the respective vendor.
• Payment for bookings is processed through third-party payment gateways. By completing a payment you agree to the terms of the payment provider.
• Teachbricks Private Limited is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of any activity provided by a vendor.
• In the event of a dispute with a vendor, Parentz will make reasonable efforts to facilitate resolution but is not liable for the outcome.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Each activity has its own cancellation policy set by the vendor. The applicable policy is displayed on the activity detail page before booking.
• If a vendor or Teachbricks Private Limited cancels a booking, a 100% refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• If a user cancels a booking, the refund amount is determined by the vendor's cancellation policy for that activity.
• Refunds are processed manually by our team. Processing time is 2 to 7 business days after confirmation.
• Points redeemed on a cancelled booking will be returned to your wallet only if the cancellation falls within the vendor's cancellation window.
• Points redeemed on a booking cancelled outside the cancellation window will be forfeited.

7. Rewards and Points

• The Parentz Rewards program allows users to earn and redeem points as described in the Points Guidelines within the app.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.
• Points can only be redeemed as a discount on activity bookings on the Parentz platform.
• The maximum discount applicable using points is 10% of the total booking value per transaction.
• 10 points equals ₹1 in discount value.
• Points never expire as long as your account remains active.
• Teachbricks Private Limited reserves the right to modify point values, earning rules, redemption limits, or suspend the rewards program at any time. Existing points in your wallet will not be affected by changes to earning rules.
• Points may be voided if Teachbricks Private Limited determines they were earned through fraudulent activity or abuse of the platform.

8. Community and User Content

• Parentz includes community features such as Mom's Lounge, Kids Lounge, posts, and comments. By posting content on the platform you grant Teachbricks Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post. You must not post content that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, or harmful to others.
• Teachbricks Private Limited reserves the right to remove any content that violates community guidelines without prior notice.
• Do not share personal information of your children or others publicly within the community.

9. School Connect Feature

• The School Connect feature allows schools and educational institutions to share academic information with parents through the Parentz platform.
• Teachbricks Private Limited acts as a technology intermediary and is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by schools.
• Academic data such as attendance, fees, results, and homework is shared directly from the school's management system. Any disputes regarding this data must be raised with the school directly.

10. Vendor and Partner Terms

• Vendors and business partners who list services on Parentz agree to Parentz's separate Partner Terms and Conditions.
• Teachbricks Private Limited reserves the right to remove any vendor or listing from the platform at its sole discretion.
• Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, availability, and service delivery.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Parentz platform including the logo, design, text, graphics, and software is the property of Teachbricks Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Parentz and Teachbricks Private Limited are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Khammam, Telangana, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

Teachbricks Private Limited reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
