Welcome to Parentz. By creating an account or using our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Parentz is operated by Parentz Technologies Private Limited, headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Parentz.

To use Parentz, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver of a child
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Parentz is not intended for use by children. All child-related information must be entered by a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not create multiple accounts for the same person

Parentz provides the following services through its Platform:

• Campus:School communication, attendance tracking, timetables, fee management, and daily updates from your child's school.
• School Reviews: Anonymous, community-driven reviews of schools to help parents make informed decisions.
• Activities: Discovery and booking of workshops, classes, and extracurricular activities for children.
• Kids Lounge: Buddy Pods for organizing play dates, birthday parties, and social groups for children.
• Mom's Lounge: A community space for parents to share experiences, seek advice, and engage in discussions.
• Communities: Neighborhood and apartment-based groups for local parent connections.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Share private information about other families without consent
• Use the Platform for commercial solicitation or spam
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Upload malicious software or content
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Platform
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

You retain ownership of content you post on Parentz. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Platform.

School reviews are posted anonymously. Once submitted, reviews cannot be attributed back to your profile publicly. However, we reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our community guidelines.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, including school reviews, community posts, and activity listings.

When you book an activity through Parentz:

• You enter into a direct arrangement with the activity provider
• Parentz acts as a facilitator and is not the provider of the activity
• Prices, availability, and scheduling are determined by the activity provider
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways
• Refund and cancellation policies are set by individual activity providers

Parentz is not liable for the quality, safety, or delivery of activities booked through the Platform.

Campus features are enabled through partnerships with schools. The accuracy of school-related data (attendance, fees, timetables) depends on information provided by the school. Parentz is not responsible for inaccuracies in school-provided data.

Schools retain ownership and control of their institutional data shared through the Platform.

The Parentz name, logo, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Parentz Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Platform without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parentz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Damages from interactions with other users
• Loss resulting from activity bookings or school data inaccuracies
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Parentz in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
